Join Our Team

We’re expanding our services in Perth and are looking for a Senior Speech Pathologist to lead the establishment of our Speech Pathology division. This is a unique opportunity to build a new service offering within a supportive, collaborative environment. With flexible part-time, full-time, and casual opportunities available, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact while shaping the future of speech therapy services at All Round Therapy Services.

 
Your Role

This role is ideal for an experienced Speech Pathologist ready to take the next step in their career by leading and developing a new service. Key opportunities include:

  • Providing evidence-based, client-centred speech therapy services tailored to individual needs.

  • Leading the establishment of speech pathology services, including shaping processes, resources, and best practices.

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalised therapy plans in collaboration with clients and families.

  • Offering guidance and mentorship to other team members as the division grows.

  • Maintaining accurate and compliant records in alignment with industry standards.

 
What We Offer

  • Competitive salary starting from $95,000 (based on experience and role type).

  • $1,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rata, paid after completing probation).

What You Bring
  • A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current SPA membership (or eligibility).

  • A current driver’s licence, Working With Children Check, and NDIS Workers Screening Check.

  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy.

  • Strong leadership skills and a passion for building services and mentoring others.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients, families, and the wider team.

  • A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
