COVID-19 Policy Statement

All Round Therapy Services values the health and safety of all our employees, clients, and stakeholders. This COVID-19 Policy includes our COVID-19 Response Plan and incorporates Federal, State, and industry guidance to ensure we are best positioned to avoid potential infection and contain potential virus spread.

All employees are responsible for the implementation of this plan and a combined effort will help contain the spread of the virus.

We will:

  • Continue to monitor our COVID-19 response and amend this plan in alignment with federal and state legislation, as well as industry guidance

  • Provide up to date information to our employees on the Public Health advice issued by the Department of Health and industry bodies

  • Provide information on the signs and symptoms of COVID-19 and correct hand-washing techniques

  • Inform all workers of essential hygiene, respiratory etiquette, and social distancing requirements

  • Adapt the workplace to facilitate physical distancing

  • Keep a Contact Register to help with contact tracing

  • Have all workers undergo the Department of Health’s COVID-19 Infection Control Training

  • Develop a procedure to be followed in the event of someone shows or develops symptoms of COVID-19 while at work or in the workplace

Additionally, we will implement the below actions during periods of confirmed high community transmission of COVID-19 in Western Australia:

  • Offer clients the choice of telehealth or phone appointments where practical

  • Provide our employees with a supply of masks and hand-sanitiser

  • Ensure our employees wear masks, follow essential hygiene practices, and maintain social distancing for any appointments conducted in clients’ residences, or in other community locations

  • Follow all guidelines required by Aged Care Facilities, Hospitals, or other such locations where in-person appointments are necessary

  • Exclude any employee who shows signs and symptoms of COVID-19 from in-person appointments until a negative test result is received

All employees will be regularly consulted and feedback is encouraged on any concerns, issues or suggestions.
