Our founders, Lin Holker & Greg Gallyot, bring a wealth of experience, passion, and shared commitment to delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare services.
Lin is a registered Psychologist with over 19 years of experience in mental health and community services. Her passion for ensuring individuals have access to quality support has driven her expertise in health program development, leadership, and management.
Greg has spent over 24 years building and leading high-performing teams across industries including finance, aviation, transport, aged care, and allied health. He believes that an organisation’s success is built on both customer and employee satisfaction. Greg is also a strong advocate for people with disabilities, ensuring they have the support needed to live safe, healthy, and fulfilling lives.
Together, Lin and Greg lead with a vision of providing client-centred care that creates meaningful and lasting outcomes for individuals to be their All Round best.

David Dawbin (Perth)
Snr. Occupational Therapist
David is committed to helping individuals maintain their independence and mobility through practical, tailored occupational therapy. He has a strong interest in driver rehabilitation, falls prevention, and long-term planning for individuals with degenerative conditions. David takes a proactive and supportive approach, helping clients prepare for future challenges while maintaining their current quality of life.
Paris D'Souza (Perth)
Occupational Therapist
Paris is an Occupational Therapist dedicated to helping clients build skills, access supports, and achieve greater independence in daily life. With a thoughtful, collaborative approach to therapy, Paris works closely with clients, families, and support teams to achieve practical, achievable goals.
As a part of our Perth and outreach team, Paris supports clients in the metropolitan area as well as Bunbury and Geraldton.
Janelle Gomes
Client Experience Lead
Janelle is our Client Experience Lead, overseeing the client journey from first contact through to ongoing service delivery. She plays a key role in coordinating intake, supporting communication between clients and clinicians, and ensuring every interaction with our team reflects our commitment to responsiveness, clarity, and care. Janelle is dedicated to creating a smooth, supportive experience for clients and their families at every stage of their engagement with All Round Therapy Services.
Khadra Abdi (Perth)
Physiotherapist
Khadra is a Physiotherapist with a strong focus on helping clients improve mobility, confidence, and everyday function. She works across a range of physical presentations and is committed to practical, individualised therapy that supports safe movement and long-term independence for clients across the age span.
Khadra is based in Perth, and also offers outreach support for clients in Bunbury and Albany.
Marnie Petchell (Perth)
Occupational Therapist
Marnie's pathway to OT began through lived experience supporting her own family through the early NDIS rollout. That experience shaped her commitment to enabling meaningful participation and practical, functional outcomes for clients.
Besides for her insight across neurodiversity and mental health, Marnie is passionate about the impact of therapy within geriatric and vocational rehabilitation. Marnie values collaboration with support networks, and building sustainable routines to strengthen independence.
Phyllis Tsoi (Adelaide)
Snr. Occupational Therapist
Phyllis values building strong connections with her clients and finding solutions that align with their personal goals. She has a keen interest in assistive technology, wheelchair and seating solutions, and home modifications. Phyllis takes a collaborative approach to therapy, working closely with individuals to enhance their independence and overall well-being.
Leanne Gratton (Adelaide)
Snr. Occupational Therapist
Leanne enjoys working closely with individuals to help them maintain their independence and improve their daily living skills. She takes a collaborative approach, working alongside clients, families, and support networks to achieve meaningful outcomes. Leanne is dedicated to supporting emotional well-being and fostering confidence in the people she works with.
Emma Hunter (Perth)
Occupational Therapist
Emma takes a holistic and strengths-based approach to occupational therapy, working closely with individuals and families to support their growth and well-being. She has a strong interest in working with children and adults with ASD and ADHD, helping them meet their communication, emotional, and sensory needs. Emma believes that empowering families through coaching and collaboration leads to meaningful and lasting outcomes.
Kelly Scott (Perth)

Kelly is a Senior Speech Pathologist with extensive experience supporting clients across communication, language, and swallowing needs. She brings both clinical leadership and hands-on therapy expertise to her role, contributing to service development while delivering tailored, evidence-based interventions that support meaningful participation.

Katie Shipard (Perth)
Speech Pathologist
Katie is a compassionate Speech Pathologist with experience delivering evidence-based, client-centred care across a range of speech, language, and communication needs. Katie has particular expertise in dysphagia, AAC, pragmatic and cognitive communication. Katie is dedicated to personalised therapy, especially for complex cases, and fosters independence, confidence, and dignity through a collaborative approach with clients,their families, and care networks.
Rebecca Lilly (Albany)
Occupational Therapist
Bec takes a creative and individualised approach to occupational therapy, ensuring each client receives support tailored to their unique needs. She is passionate about helping individuals find solutions that fit their lifestyle, whether through assistive technology, skill development, or capacity-building strategies. Bec believes in a strengths-based, client-led approach that fosters independence and confidence.
Sara Jo Smith(Albany)
Therapy Assistant
Sara brings several years of experience as a Therapy Assistant, supporting clients to achieve their goals through practical, hands-on strategies. Working under the guidance of our clinicians, Sara is passionate about helping people build confidence and independence in their everyday lives. Her experience spans home-based programs, community participation, and skill development activities, ensuring therapy plans are implemented effectively for meaningful outcomes.
Jaiden Peddie (Perth)
Occupational Therapist
Jaiden has a strong interest in paediatrics and early intervention, and tranisitioned into Occupational Therapy to work more directly with individuals and families, particularly those facing unique challenges.
He enjoys collaborating with childrend and parents to support meaningful skill development and long-term participation outcomes. Jaiden believe that listening, validation, and consistent support are often the foundations to effective therapy.
