Founder / CEO

Our founders, Lin Holker & Greg Gallyot, bring a wealth of experience, passion, and shared commitment to delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare services.

 

Lin is a registered Psychologist with over 19 years of experience in mental health and community services. Her passion for ensuring individuals have access to quality support has driven her expertise in health program development, leadership, and management.

 

Greg has spent over 24 years building and leading high-performing teams across industries including finance, aviation, transport, aged care, and allied health. He believes that an organisation’s success is built on both customer and employee satisfaction. Greg is also a strong advocate for people with disabilities, ensuring they have the support needed to live safe, healthy, and fulfilling lives.

 

Together, Lin and Greg lead with a vision of providing client-centred care that creates meaningful and lasting outcomes for individuals to be their All Round best.

Our Team

David Dawbin (Perth - central) | OT

David is committed to helping individuals maintain their independence and mobility through practical, tailored occupational therapy. He has a strong interest in driver rehabilitation, falls prevention, and long-term planning for individuals with degenerative conditions. David takes a proactive and supportive approach, helping clients prepare for future challenges while maintaining their current quality of life.

Emma Hunter (Perth - south) | OT

Emma takes a holistic and strengths-based approach to occupational therapy, working closely with individuals and families to support their growth and well-being. She has a strong interest in working with children and adults with ASD and ADHD, helping them meet their communication, emotional, and sensory needs. Emma believes that empowering families through coaching and collaboration leads to meaningful and lasting outcomes.

Katie Shipard
(Perth) | SP

Katie is a compassionate Speech Pathologist with experience delivering evidence-based, client-centred care across a range of speech, language, and communication needs. Katie has particular expertise in dysphagia, AAC, pragmatic and cognitive communication. Katie is dedicated to personalised therapy, especially for complex cases, and fosters independence, confidence, and dignity through a collaborative approach with clients,their families, and care networks.

Janelle Gomes | Administration Officer

With several years of experience in the disability sector, Janelle is a highly skilled and approachable member of our team. As our Administration Officer, Janelle has a key role in ensuring our clients and partners receive timely, accurate, and friendly support at every stage of their journey.

Janelle is passionate about creating a smooth and positive experience, making processes simple so clients can focus on what matters most—their goals.

Karen Domingo (Perth - south-east) | OT

*Currently on extended leave*

Karen takes a goal-oriented approach to occupational therapy, ensuring clients work towards meaningful outcomes that enhance their daily lives. She enjoys supporting adults and young people transitioning into adulthood, with a strong focus on assistive technology and functional independence. Her client-centred approach empowers individuals to build confidence and independence at home and in the community.

Rebecca Lilly (Albany & Perth - south) | OT

Bec takes a creative and individualised approach to occupational therapy, ensuring each client receives support tailored to their unique needs. She is passionate about helping individuals find solutions that fit their lifestyle, whether through assistive technology, skill development, or capacity-building strategies. Bec believes in a strengths-based, client-led approach that fosters independence and confidence.

Phyllis Tsoi
(Adelaide) | OT

Phyllis values building strong connections with her clients and finding solutions that align with their personal goals. She has a keen interest in assistive technology, wheelchair and seating solutions, and home modifications. Phyllis takes a collaborative approach to therapy, working closely with individuals to enhance their independence and overall well-being.

Physiotherapist (Perth) | Coming Soon

We are excited to welcome a dedicated physiotherapist to our team in the near future. With a strong foundation in evidence-based practice, this role will focus on improving mobility, building strength, and supporting independence for clients of all ages. Services will include tailored exercise programs, falls prevention strategies, rehabilitation after injury or surgery, and pain management approaches. Stay tuned for more details as we prepare to expand our physiotherapy offering.

Leanne Gratton (Adelaide) | OT

Leanne enjoys working closely with individuals to help them maintain their independence and improve their daily living skills. She takes a collaborative approach, working alongside clients, families, and support networks to achieve meaningful outcomes. Leanne is dedicated to supporting emotional well-being and fostering confidence in the people she works with.

Candy Lo (Perth) | OT

Candy is centrally located and works with adult clients, supporting them to achieve greater independence and confidence in their everyday lives. With a strong academic foundation and a genuine passion for empowering others, Candy brings fresh perspective, energy, and a reflective approach to her practice. Though capable of providing diverse OT supports, Candy has particular interest in home modifications and assistive technology. 

Sara Jo Smith
(Albany) | Therapy Assistant

Sara brings several years of experience as a Therapy Assistant, supporting clients to achieve their goals through practical, hands-on strategies. Working under the guidance of our clinicians, Sara is passionate about helping people build confidence and independence in their everyday lives. Her experience spans home-based programs, community participation, and skill development activities, ensuring therapy plans are implemented effectively for meaningful outcomes.
